機構は、６つの部門と機構推進戦略室から構成し、総長を機構長として、機構戦略会議および機構企画運営委員会により運営を行います。The Institute is composed of six departments and the Institute Promotion Strategy Office, and is run by the Institute Strategy Council and the Institute Planning and Management Committee, with the President as the Institute Director.
